Tablets cannot be split in to a smaller sizeDirections and StorageDirectionsProstaSol should be taken on an empty stomach at least two hours before or after eating a meal. As a general supplement, take 2 tablets twice a day (4 a day in total) – ideally before breakfast and dinner – or as advised by your health practitioner.
