Directions and StorageDirectionsIt is recommended to take one sachet two times a day preferably on an empty stomach (one sachet before breakfast and one sachet before bedtime). Dissolve the contents of the sachet in about 100ml of lukewarm water or milk. Leave for one minute and stir gently before consuming.
