Directions and StorageDirectionsTake one to two teaspoons twice daily or, if necessary, up to one tablespoon twice or more daily.
Make up with plant milk or water to paste, then add more fluid to enable drinking. It’s advisable to shake vigorously before drinking. Drink immediately before it thickens.
This product can be used for days or months at a time.
