Directions and StorageDirectionsMix 30ml of BeetActive® with 250ml (approx half pint) of water, or to taste.
Pre-training smoothie or shake:
Mix 30ml of BeetActive® Concentrate into your pre-workout shake or smoothie – For best results pre-workout consume a 30ml serving of BeetActive® one to two hours before training.
Salad dressin
Mix 30ml with balsamic vinegar and olive oil and pour over leaves.
