Capsules cannot be opened and sprinkled on to foodDirections and StorageDirectionsStudies recommend fish oil intake of 18g per day, although few people actually manage this amount. Lyprinol Green Lipped Mussel Oil Capsules have been shown to be effective at an intake of 1 to 2 capsules per day. This is equivalent to just 100mg of Lyprinol oil and 300mg of Olive oil.
Adults and children over the age of 12 years: Take four capsules per day (two in the morning and two in the evening) preferably with meals. After no more than six weeks you should look to reduce the dosage to one or two capsules daily.
Children aged 3 – 12 years: Take three capsules daily and after no more than six weeks reduce the dosage to one or two capsules daily.
