Directions and StorageDirections1 measure 1-2 x a day mixed in 200-250ml of water or juice. This can be split into smaller servings throughout the day is required but re-mixing is recommended if left standing. Measuring scoop supplied in the tub.
Mixing tips for the powdered product: to assist the solubility of the IP6 powder it is recommended that it is mixed into a slightly acidic liquid such as orange juice or water that has had lemon juice or apple cider vinegar added.
